What cremation options do I have?
We offer three options that you can choose from:
A private cremation will allow your pet to be cremated in their own container and during their own scheduled time. We typically perform the cremations the morning after we receive your pet into our care to allow time for final decisions to be made by you and your family.
Semi-Private Cremations are similar to a private cremation; however, the difference being the pet will be cremated with other pets who are scheduled and planned for a semi-private cremation. Each pet will get his or her own cremation container and are cremated separately from each other. They are swept and handled separately (there is no chance for them to inter-mingle). The remains of each pet are returned to their families.
Pets who are planned to be a part of a communal cremation are all cremated together. Each pet will have a clay paw print and ink prints taken prior to the cremation and are available for the family, but unlike the other cremation types, the family doesn't receive the remains of their pet. Instead the remains are scattered by our company.
How do I know that I am getting my pet's remains back?
Each pet is immediately given an ankle bracelet and number that follows them through the entire process. The number is carefully recorded and linked to a medal ID tag, much like those given to humans. This tag and number follows them from the moment they are in our care, through the cremation process and tied securely around the ashes when they are returned to you. Their, name, identification number, and your name are all recorded and printed on the labeling accompanying your complimentary urn.
At this time each pet is handled by the same individual through their entire time in our care. This way you can ensure that our staff has personal knowledge about your loved one and where they are at all times.
What do I do if my pet passes at home?
We are available by phone 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We are available to either come to your home to pick up your pet or have our office doors open for you to drop off your pet. Please don't hesitate to call us if you have any questions or if you have any specific needs.
How much does a cremation cost?
Prices vary based on the weight of your pet, type of pet, and what level of cremation you would prefer. Please call us for specific pricing.
Can I bury my pet or do I have to do a cremation?
Though pet burial facilities can be difficult to come by, we work with any and all locations, and can find the location best suiting your family's needs.
Can I have a funeral service for my pet?
We can help arrange any funeral services you would like to memorialize your loved one. Our viewing rooms can be used for a memorial service, and we will accommodate as much as possible the specific desires of a human funeral as seen by the family's needs.
What areas do we serve?
Due to our two locations in both Gladstone and Portland, we guarantee a 1-2 hour response time to the entire Portland Metro area. We have not put any restrictions on distances we will travel to accommodate our client's needs.
When can I have my pet returned to me?
We guarantee that your pet will be returned to you within 48 hours of the time they come into our care.
Can I be present at the cremation?
Our crematorium is at our Portland facility. If you wish to view the individual cremation of your pet we can arrange a specific and private time for you to do so. Please inform our staff ahead of time that this is your wish, so we can accommodate you as soon as possible.
Is it possible to make arrangements in advance?
Absolutely. One of the best things a family can do is to be prepared and unhurried or pressed in their time of need. Please drop by our facilities anytime during business hours and we will help you come up with the perfect plan for your family down to the finest detail.
Can I bring my pet to you myself?
Many people find comfort in bringing their pet directly to us themselves. We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, so we can accommodate those needs. We also offer a transportation service which allows us to come straight to your home to take them into our care so we can begin preparing them. Again, we guarantee a 1-2 hour pick up response to all those in the Portland Metro Area.

Do I need to make an appointment?
No, we do not require that you make an appointment to use our services. We are available for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please give us a call so we can be available for you.
How quickly can you be to my home?
We guarantee that one of the members of our team can be anywhere in the Portland Metro are within 1-2 hours.
